Digital products

Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

Exceptions may be made in the following circumstances:

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
  • The product significantly misrepresents what was advertised
  • A duplicate charge occurred for the same order

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email forhad@hoveredgroup.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order ID and the reason for the request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
