2. Products and purchases
All products listed are digital goods. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Upon successful payment, access to purchased digital content is granted immediately. We reserve the right to update product listings at any time.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely through SSLCommerz. HoveredPay does not store card details. All sales are final unless covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use our platform for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to engage in fraudulent activity.
5. Limitation of liability
HoveredPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.
